ICE SKATING SCHOOL
This school is
under the responsability of two qualified (State diploma)
skating professors, Mrs Dominique Kennerson and Mr
Philippe Boivinet, helped by 10 federal assistant coaches
(State diploma). The children are
taught in groups of 10 to 15 according their age and
skating level. The skates are provided free and
for the newcomers, three 1 hour trial lessons are
offered free of charge. The lessons take
place at the Archipel skating rink every tuesday and
friday from 18:30 to 19:30. The children should
arrive 15 min before the beginning of the lesson, to have
time to put the skates on. For further

The Ice Skating School of the Castres Sports de Glace,
created in 1994, is a school open to all the children
aged 4 to 14 years who want to learn the basics
of skating in order to move easily on a skating rink,
skates on feet, and then to go to any ice sports (ice
figure skating, ice dance, hockey). An average of 110
children enroll each year.
